New Immeasurable Music

Ani has released more Immeasurable music. The new CD, Alokhe, is now available for purchase through our online Store. Listen to some full tracks from the Alokhe CD by selecting the music player link in the sidebar.

Immeasurable Contribution

It's a rarity when a recording artist gives away all the profits from their work, but Ani Tsering Wangmo isn't the usual artistic suspect.

She is, as some visitors to this site will know, a singing nun, a singing Tibetan Buddhist nun who, with the help of other skilled Tibetan singers and musicians, wraps a gently resonant tone around traditional Buddhist chants and themes.

Six CD albums

All the profits made by the sale of Ani's six CDs will be donated to three causes: a medical clinic in Tibet, the Yulokö Jetsun Ling Nunnery in Nepal, and the Ewam Magadha Garden of 1000 Buddhas, currently being built in Arlee, Montana.

Tenzin Dawa Singer/songwriter Tenzin Dawa was the musical director for Ani's albums and doubled as a performer on the discs.

Tenzin has recently released a new CD, in association with Kunga, entitled Remix. More information on this CD will be available here soon.
